Allison 7 in North Carolina looking for a new home

Recommended Posts

I have a pair of ALLISON 7's i bought these about 1983-5 not sure when. I have not used them in years and they have been collecting dust. But i hate to just throw them out. I don't know how well or if they function, i have nothign to connect them to now. Anyone interested in the Raleigh area? Shipping would be a problem, i don't have packaging for them, and not sure i want to go thru the hassle. If you are interested let me know. Occasionally i am in the DC area and could drive them up there, next time i am headed up is potentially July 1st-3rd.  I have the grills, but the front don't seem to want to stay in, and one cabinet does have damage on the top you can see in the attached pictures.

thanks

Hi.

I love mine. In fact, in need of a woofer or two, should you find no takers for complete units. Hopefully someone takes these whole.

Please don't toss them. If no one's claimed them, I'm in DC and could get some value from them. I have a set of CD-7's that are no longer original, and may embark on an Allison Four restoration. If I do them all I should end up with two good sets.

Hi

As mentioned, I need two woofers. If you decide to part them out, Please note my interest. If it helps, I would take the tweeters as well. They would need to be shipped, as I am in Colorado.

Thanks, Glen
