  1. Wow what a great project!!! Still considering recap of my 9’s. Will use your plan if and when I do.
  2. Since I don’t see anyone selling repro bare grilles I may ask someone to cut some for me while I have them out so they can be template. What material would you recommend?
  3. BTW they do fit as long as I don’t put them into groove on bottom.
  4. Have my old AR3’s out of storage. Can’t find the plastic grille frames that I broke taking them out. Put my 3a frames in and see they aren’t tall enough with finagling with them. Does anyone sell reproduced AR3 frames?
  5. Those JBL stands look great. Backordered though.
  6. I’m in SW Florida. I have read about the JBL stands. A bit pricey but not out of the question.
  7. Sorry I couldn’t paste link.
  8. Finally brought my AR3’s to FL but could not find my stands. What stands do you recommend that are readily available?
  9. You’re right I forgot. I had made these grills for my 3a’s and stuck them on my 3’s.
  10. Well during move to Florida one of me linen grills got stained. Thinking ill likely do both so they match well. Been so long since I did this I can’t recall the source for the linen that’s a good match. can someone steer me in right direction?
  11. I noted this conclusion from Tom: In short, this circuit works, and it works extremely well. So, to preserve the AR9's stellar bass performance, please don't change the crossover network! —Tom Tyson
