Accidentally fumbled tweeter/magnet/flange while recapping. Now I can't get the outer plastic flange to line up with the screw holes. These are the inner ones that hold magnet together. Screws get magnetized and if I get one in, the plasic flange does not sit flat nor do other two hole line up. Obviously I am doing something wrong here. Any ideas? Many thanks.
