On the Manhattan & North Jersey Craigslist - a pair of "mint" (the seller's description) AR LST-2 speakers for $850.

Look like very nice speakers, but these have been hanging around for months - - - same description, same price.

Not necessarily, many people do not know of them and think they are priced way too high. Also that is a lot of money to the general public. email them and ask.

I don't think these LST's ever really caught on with the general audiopiles. Don't really know why?

I bought my 3a's in 1968 and do remember these coming on the market.

I have a pair and I can say they're very nice speakers.

Is the asking price a little high.....not sure. But I can almost guarantee they'll need refoaming and crossover rebuilding.

They've been listed for a while so I'm sure the seller would take less than the asking. It aslo states B.O.
