Not much,k if anything in the archives about either of these speaker brands. They were made in Windsor and South Windsor CT. in the 80's and early 90's.

The JSE had a whole line of models, each having the Modifari INfinite Slope Crossover design. I beleive the technical brains behind both brands was the same gentlemen, John Solecito, now affiliated with Source Technologies http://www.sourcespeaker.com/

I'm doing some repair work on a pair of Clarke Systems Precedent II speakers and will provide more info as it is developed.
