Hi,
I just picked a pair of Fours in decent shape that appear to be oak instead of walnut. The serial numbers begin with 89 and have the later, small 5 way posts. Does anyone know if these were offered in oak and the approximate year of manufacture? Thanks.

As nice a pair of Allison Two speakers as you will find. Excellent sounding and in excellent overall condition. Refoamed woofers, beautiful smooth, nick-free oiled walnut veneer cabinets and grills that are in great shape. Lightly used over their life these are consecutive serial number Allisons. $475 cash, firm, and pick-up only. Please include a phone number for a reply.
